  • What is Consciousness?
    Consciousness is the practice of attuning to one's inner world by uncovering the emotional and conditioned legacies of one's mind. Consciousness is the discovery of one's inner truth by unearthing the false truths that were developed in early childhood.
  • Who is consciousness for?
    Consciousness is for all of us. Whether we realize or not, our consciousness is evolving all the time. The pace at which it happens is what makes the journey unique.
  • How do I know if Conscious Parenting coaching is right for me?
    You won't know until you try it! To help you decide, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if it's a good fit.
  • I'm not a parent, can this benefit me?
    Because this work is truly about re-parenting, one does not need to be a parent for it to be helpful. We all have emotional wounds from our childhood that get in the way of us living a liberated life.
  • How often do we meet?
    In order to allow time to integrate the content we try to book every 1-2 weeks
  • Do you work with my kids?
    Conscious Parenting isn't really about kids, it's about the parent. Working with children may be required on occasion, but will be determined on a case by case basis.
  • Does my co-parent/partner/spouse need to attend a coaching session?
    In an ideal world both parents would be on the same page, but that is rarely the case. We respect each person's level of consciousness and we don't force or cajole. A child only needs one parent to practice Conscious Parenting for there to be impactful change.
  • My child is a teenager / My child is an adult. How will this be helpful?
    Parents are always connected to their children - no matter how old they are. It is never too late to impact change in the parent-child relationship. This work is about the personal evolution of the parent, therefor there is always value.
  • Do we meet in person?
    Meetings can be virtual or in-person, location permitting.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    In our initial meeting we will talk about a plan that best suits your needs. Various options are available, however, I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to start.
  • I don't know anything about consciousness, and I'm a little intimidated. Is this for me?
    It's natural to feel nervous when embarking on uncharted territory. My job is to meet you where you're at, without judgment, blame, or shame. My deepest priority is to create a safe space for you to explore within.
  • How is CP coaching different from therapy?
    Although coaching and therapy share many similarities, therapy manages mental disorders and illness, whereas coaching does not. Both coaching and therapy can examine the client's past to understand the present behaviours at play, however coaching focuses on identifying behaviours that impede growth while assisting in working towards a goal.
